**Brown & Brown** is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join our growing team in **Meridian, ID!**
The Commercial Lines Client Service Representative (CSR) delivers exceptional client service while managing and supporting clients and teammates. This role serves as a point of contact for clients, carriers, and internal teams — handling policy servicing and supporting new business and renewal activities.
**How You Will Contribute:**
* Support client inquiries, providing timely, professional, and high-quality service
* Manage inbound and outbound phone call service requests
* Manage day-to-day service requests including policy changes, policy renewals, certificates, ID cards, and assigned tasks
* Support clients with billing questions, payment processing, and premium collection
* Prepare, review, and process insurance documents
* Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems, including updates, file documentation, and tracking open items
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and carrier requirements
* Verify invoicing accuracy and assist with premium finance agreements and accounting-related items
* Manage mid-term policy changes and assist with renewal strategy and stewardship reviews
* Identify opportunities for additional coverage to mitigate uninsured or underinsured exposures
**Licenses & Certifications:**
* Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
**Skills & Experience to be Successful:**
* 1+ years of commercial lines account management
* Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
* Ability to service within modern tech-centric agency management systems
Preferred
* Equivalent work experience or equivalent college degree
* Experience in commercial insurance markets and carrier relationships
* Experience supporting marketing, renewals, or new business placement
