_Armacell provides numerous and diverse career opportunities.  Add your talent to ours and make a difference around the world!_ Customer Service Representative 客服代表 Job Responsibilities: * Receives, processes and confirms all orders and inquiries by phone, fax or any other means from sales and customers -- domestic, oversea (Asian) market, and internal customers. * Arrange shipments including freight forwarders administration. * Assist in resolving all customers’ complaints in courteous manner, recommend improvements in the complaints system. * Arrange samples and promotional catalogues required by sales and customers. Assist in distributing certificates/report etc. to customers from Quality Assurance Department. * Assist in customs declaration process with customs broker to make sure the export process successfully. * Assist in organizing all visits to company by customers, delivery samples & presentations to customers. * Recommend changes to minimize finished goods inventories, contribute to decisions on stocking level, recommend departmental system priorities, policies etc. Requirements: * College diploma or above. * Good command of oral English and written English. * Strong communication and interpersonal skill. * Good listener and be patient. * Being able to work under high pressure. * With SAP operation skill is priority. Remarks: 1 year contract for the position **Time Type:** Full time
