Various on-site shifts available. **Position Responsibilities** * Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. * Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat. * Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering. * Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently. **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent.
