Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join the team at our Hauling site in **Natchitoches, LA.** * Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. * Pay Range: **$17-18/hr**. depending on experience. * On top of competitive pay, we offer excellent benefits, 401k match $1 per $1 up to 5%, vacation, and year-round work. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems. * Assist customers by phone and in person to receive orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service. * Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records and issues discontinuance orders. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 2+ years of Customer Service experience in a high call volume atmosphere * Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email _**preferred**_ * Excellent organization and communication skills * Typing and 10-key skills are required * Ability to analyze and solve problems.
