You'll guide organisers through their entire customer journey: from onboarding and training to adoption and long-term success. You are part consultant, part trainer and part campaign manager. One moment you're helping a festival set up automated pre-event campaigns, the next you're showing a theatre how to segment audiences and increase repeat visitors. You don't just explain features; you show customers how to use them to achieve real business results. Your mission? Make every customer confident enough to run successful CRM campaigns completely independently.
