Cyber Security Specialist – Identity and Access Management

Job Description We are looking for an energetic, forward-thinking professional to join our in Romania. This is a technical role within the **Identity and Access Management (IAM)** space, with a strong focus on **authentication, enterprise single sign-on (SSO), federated SSO, API security, and access management**. If you are passionate about security, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and want to contribute to the design and delivery of secure enterprise solutions, we would love to hear from you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for global authentication services. * Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support the deployment of new and enhanced capabilities. * Provide guidance on authentication and API security, and consult with business and technology teams to address complex requirements. * Evaluate new solutions and develop the supporting elements required to incorporate new technologies in a safe and secure manner. * Produce architecture diagrams, blueprints, and solution narratives to help bring solutions to life. * Collaborate actively with project teams, IAM service consumers, stakeholders, and colleagues. * Coordinate with managed service teams working on planned activities. **Required Skill Set:** * 3+ years of experience in IT engineering-related work. * Self-driven with strong time management skills and the ability to deliver within planned timelines. * Functional knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory. * Willingness to learn about IAM and global enterprise environments. * Understanding of the software/system delivery lifecycle and related technologies. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across cultures with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications and Experience:** **Experience with some or all of the following is highly desirable:** * Identity and Access Management in a medium or large enterprise environment. * Cybersecurity concepts including encryption, authentication, database security, and information protection. * Enterprise single sign-on, federated SSO, and web access management solutions such as **PingFederate**, **PingAccess**, and **Active Directory**. * API security. * AWS and Azure identity services, such as: * AWS Cognito * AWS SSO * AWS IAM * Microsoft Identity Platform * Azure hybrid identity * Certification in information security, application security, and/or cloud security. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to work on enterprise-scale IAM and authentication services. * Exposure to modern security technologies and global platforms. * A collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * The chance to contribute to secure, innovative solutions in a dynamic international setting. **About You:** You are a proactive and curious professional with a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in cybersecurity and IAM.
