**Job Overview**
DaBella is one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country. We are seeking a Data Analyst to support business growth through metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights. This role supports leadership and cross-functional teams by delivering accurate reporting, trend analysis, and scalable analytics solutions.
Location : On-Site, Austin, TX
Full Time: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
Compensation: $75,000 – 90,000K
**Job Responsibilities**
* Identify, compile, analyze, and deliver data and reports needed across the organization
* Collect, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to support business decisions
* Develop, maintain, and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
* Create reporting templates and dashboards accessible to multiple levels of staff
* Conduct basic and moderately complex analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights
* Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable reports for management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements
* Assist with the development of business requirements and specifications for data projects
* Monitor, audit, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity
* Support data governance, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement of reporting processes
* Provide support and guidance to junior analysts or end users as needed
**Qualifications and Skills**
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
* Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/data visualization tools
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other data analysis tools
* Working knowledge of SQL and data querying
* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
* Understanding of data analysis techniques, dashboards, modeling, querying, and workflows
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and draw logical conclusions
* Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality
* Solid understanding of data sources, data organization, and reporting best practices
* Ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Ability to take direction and respond effectively to constructive feedback
