This role is ideal for individuals seeking a stable career in banking operations and financial services (BFSI domain). The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting loan operations, ensuring process accuracy, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth banking transactions. Work Schedule: 1\. 9 hours per day (Rotational shifts). 2\. 6 days a week (Rotational week-off policy). 3\. Rotational night shifts available for male candidates only (night shift allowance benefits). Key Responsibilities: 1\. Process loan applications and ensure timely loan disbursement through back-office operations. 2\. Conduct quality checks on loan documentation and processing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. 3\. Review, verify, and audit loan-related reports and records. 4\. Monitor loan processing workflows and resolve discrepancies or exceptions. 5\. Maintain accurate documentation and records of loan transactions. 6\. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing. 7\.
