Data & Recon Team Lead

**Job Summary** Clearwater Analytics is hiring a Data & Reconciliation Team Lead to drive data accuracy, operational performance, and team execution across our platform. This role leads a team responsible for delivering timely, high-quality investment data, with a strong focus on reference data integrity (security master, pricing, market data, corporate actions). **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop a team of 5–10, driving performance against KPIs * Oversee reconciliation across 2–3 markets and ensure data accuracy and completeness * Own and resolve complex reference data discrepancies across multiple data sources * Monitor team output (including client communications) to ensure quality and timeliness * Partner with custodians, asset managers, and internal teams to resolve data issues * Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and auto-recon enhancements * Lead 1–2 strategic initiatives annually aligned with business priorities **Qualifications** * 7+ years in investment operations, reconciliation, or data management * 5+ years leading operational teams * Strong reference data experience required * Proven ability to solve complex data issues and improve processes at scale * Data-driven mindset with strong communication and leadership skills **What You’ll Bring** * Hands-on leadership with a focus on team development and accountability * Ownership mindset around data quality and client outcomes * Ability to operate both strategically and in the details
