**Stellenbeschreibung MA Gütersloh**  **Aufgaben:**  * Abwicklung von Retouren für Ersatzteile unter Beachtung der internen Richtlinien  * Prüfung und Bewertung der retournierten Artikel sowie Erstellung von Gutschriften  * Erfassung von Retouren in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem und Aktualisierung des Lagerbestands.  * Kommunikation mit Kunden zu ihren Retouren Anfragen sowie zum aktuellen Status  * Abstimmung und Informationsaustausch mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen  * Pflege, Überwachung und Organisation der Lagerplätze  * Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch eine zügige und effiziente Retourenabwicklung  * Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Prozesse im Retourenmanagement  **Anforderungen:**  * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation  * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Retourenabwicklung oder im Kundenservice  * Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office; Grundkenntnisse in SAP sind wünschenswert  * Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung  * Teamfähigkeit, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise  * Interesse an technischen Produkten und deren Eigenschaften  Information on pay transparency in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970 * Please note that we comply with the relevant legal obligations regarding pay transparency, in particular those set forth in the EU Pay Transparency Directive (Directive (EU) 2023/970) and its respective national implementation. * In this context, we will inform you of the starting salary or the corresponding salary range for the advertised position no later than before the first interview or before a personal discussion of your application.
