In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). **Key Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain high-profile relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand business channels. To perform offshore bond and structured finance business development * Co-work with with Huatai United and Huatai Securities' overseas investment banking on business development * Closely liaise with domestic regulators, including CSRC, NDRC and SAFE * Conduct necessary research and analytical works in preparing marketing materials. e.g. pitch books and proposals * Perform work-related duties as assigned * To assist in deal execution * To monitor issuance of new bond and new regulations of debt capital markets * To prepare weekly reports for internal and external clients * To provide support on any compliance and internal audit matters * To provide support to Rating Advisory and Syndicate desk when required * Other jobs assigned by head of DCM **Requirements:** * Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field * An outstanding academic record, strong quantitative and technical abilities * At least 8 years of relevant experience * Strong interest in the capital market * Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools and utilities for business use * Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong accountability and responsibility, being able to work under great work pressure * Analytical mindset with attention to details * Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin\\ #LI-DNI
