Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Test Engineer** located in **Flex PTP.**  Reporting to the **Test Engineering Manager** the **Test Engineer** role is as a Test Engineer specializing in ICT (In-Circuit Test) and FCT (Functional Test), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for troubleshooting and product testing to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and enhance your skills in product validation and New Product Introduction (NPI). We value your expertise and are committed to providing a supportive environment where you can thrive and grow your career. **What a typical day looks like:** * Conduct detailed testing of products using ICT and FCT methodologies to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot product issues, providing timely feedback for improvements. * Document test results and generate comprehensive reports to track product performance and reliability over time. * Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies, tools, and processes to enhance testing efficiency. * Contribute to NPI activities, ensuring that new products meet performance and quality benchmarks throughout the introduction process. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar field. * Typically requires 4 years of experience in test engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area. * Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex product issues effectively. * Proficiency in ICT/FCT methodologies and tools, along with experience in product testing and quality assurance. * Familiarity with product lifecycle testing, validation processes, and New Product Introduction (NPI) practices. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different functions. * Relevant experience in the electronics or technology industry is an advantage, but a strong track record of skills is more critical than formal education. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:**  * Full range of medical benefits, dental, vision * Life Insurance * PTO Job Category ------------ Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
