Job Summary ----------- **Job summary:** _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Delivery Business Systems Analyst** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus**._ _The **Delivery Business** **Systems Analyst** role involves responsible for analyzing complex business problems to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for designed details for automated systems in order to make them more efficient. Supporting the IT system development projects team for the business, responsible for administering and maintaining the organization’s information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs._  **What a typical day looks like:** * _Provide solutions to incidents of second and third functional and technical level._ * _Record the occurrence and resolution of support incidents._ * _Implementation and registration of permanent solutions to failures in IT services_ * _To diagnose quality problems of application data._ * _Define, plan and implement preventive actions to avoid future incidents of known problems by the same source._ * _Prioritizing and resolve support incidents generated in IT services._ * _Ensuring the availability of floor control systems._ * _Scale and ensure solving problems that cannot be resolved to the service provider._ * _Install and update applications on servers that provide services to manufacturing_ **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * _Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field_ * _Intermediate-Advanced English._ * _100% on-site role._ * _Schedule flexibility (for support) is essential._ * **_Knowledge of SQL Server databases required._** * _Development skills._ * _Basic knowledge of networking and technical support._ * _Basic knowledge of servers._ **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * _Competitive Salary._ * _Life & Medical insurance._ * _Christmas Bonus._ * _Food Coupons._ * _Saving Fund._ XS65 Job Category ------------ IT Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
