As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for navigating routes, loading and unloading products, and delivering goods to our clients with professionalism and care. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to supporting sustainable food systems. **Compensation:** $22.50/hour, with up to $4k per year bonus for safe driving. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Operate a 26' box truck safely and efficiently. \- Load and unload products while adhering to food safety standards. \- Maintain route schedules and ensure timely deliveries. \- Inspect the vehicle for safety compliance and report any issues. \- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients. \- Keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance. * At least 1 year of experience driving a box truck (26' or larger). * Monday-Saturday, starting at 3AM/4AM. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical activities related to loading and unloading. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * Flexibility in handling changing routes and delivery schedules. * Experience with food safety protocols is a plus. * Hourly rate of $22.50/hour, with 35-45 hours of work each week * Safety Bonus of $4k annual ($1k per quarter) * Group Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits * Retirement plan with 100% match up to 3% of total annual pay * Accrued PTO (vacation) and sick time. * $100 annual allowance for purchasing work boots
