Join us! **Job Description:** This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. **Overview:** The role is responsible for helping to develop and deliver processes that will assist the organization accomplish a set of key goals focusing on transparency of where the workforce spend their time. Key responsibilities include data analysis, running data and process gathering and design sessions and developing material including process documentation, training and education material, as well as capturing business requirements for the successful development of management level operational dashboards. The role will work with a number of key stakeholders and product owners, as well as facing off to the wider APS&E teams to assist in rolling out new processes. This individual will be proficient in data analysis, process design, process documentation and experience in Agile delivery methodologies. **Responsibilities:** * Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.) * Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams * Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline * Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule * Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements * Supports resource planning for delivery and execution * Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards * To assist in the implementation of changes across the APS&E organization to allow for transparent tracking of work effort across all parts of the group * Work includes work taxonomy mapping/modelling/calculation, training, QA * Two skilled process design / business analyst professionals will bring in required skill and experience to help drive the urgency of delivering against this priority work **Required Qualifications:** * 4+ years of experience in Process Design * Has experience with data gathering for organizational wide process design and contributed to the development of procedural documentation * Has experience in performing large volume data analysis to develop thematic analytical output, as well as identifying correlation and trend information from the data, which can be used as foundation for transformational change * Experience with constructing and sustaining data models and capturing and recording requirements for the development of operational dashboards **Desired Qualifications:** * Agile, JIRA, Tableau, MicroStrategy, ITSM **Skills:** * Collaboration * Project Management * Result Orientation * Solution Delivery Process * Stakeholder Management * Analytical Thinking * Business Acumen * Financial Management * Influence * Risk Management * Agile Practices * Architecture * Data Management * Solution Design * Technical Strategy Development **Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Hours Per Week:**  40
