Demand Planner

You'll take historical sales data, system-generated forecasts and commercial insights and transform them into business recommendations that influence operational and strategic decisions across Ecolab. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyse sales and demand trends using Excel * Build and maintain forecasting models and planning files * Identify growth opportunities, demand variability and business risks * Partner with sales teams to understand upcoming opportunities and market changes * Challenge assumptions and ask insightful questions to improve forecast accuracy * Update and maintain forecasts within planning systems * Support monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes * Present forecast changes and business insights to stakeholders * Collaborate with supply chain, commercial and leadership teams to support business planning activities **What We're Looking For** We're specifically seeking someone who is eager to learn, confident working with data and excited by solving complex business challenges.
