**Experience Requirements** Master’s in Urban Design / Urban Planning from reputed institute. Minimum **15 years** overall experience; at least **7 years** in leading large urban planning / land pooling / town planning / master planning assignments. **Job Description** Overall technical and managerial head of the assignment; responsible for integrated planning approach, coordination with APCRDA, approval of all drawings, reports, LPS layouts, stakeholder consultations, and statutory compliance. Leads design reviews, presentations, and final sign-off of deliverables.
