Deputy Manager - Product Development

* Lead NPD projects from concept to final production, including valve design, simulation, and prototyping * Understand requirements of nuclear specifications and carryout design procedures, calculations, qualification tests as per requirement * Create 3D models, technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and design calculations as per standards * Design and execute testing protocols (flow, pressure, Seismic tests) to validate product performance and reliability * Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to understand customer requirements and with Manufacturing/Procurement to ensure manufacturability and cost targets * Support technical evaluations of vendors for specialized components * Ensure designs meet international and client-specific standards
