Designer

**Compensation Range:** 30000 - 35000 € We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to develop their design skills while contributing to a variety of projects in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities -------------------- * Creation and maintenance of 3D models and technical drawings * Support of engineering projects and product development activities * Preparation and management of technical documentation * Contribution to standardization and continuous improvement initiatives * Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners Qualifications -------------- * Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field * Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar) * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Good organizational and communication skills * Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team * Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) * Previous experience in a technical design or engineering environment is considered an advantage but is not mandatory What We Offer ------------- * Opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of projects. * Mentorship and professional development opportunities. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. * Competitive compensation and benefits package.
