Development Test Engineer

**Job Description** ------------------- Rolls-Royce Deutschland is offering an exciting opportunity as an **Development Test Engineer (m/f/d)** in Dahlewitz near Berlin. **Key Accountabilities:** * Carrying out development engine tests according to specifications, also at other locations, working in early/late shifts incl. once a month, Saturday work is welcome. * Planning, project planning, preparation and provision of tests, test facilities and test equipment in compliance with agreed deadlines and cost targets * Operation of the testbed systems in accordance with applicable guidelines; technical guidance of assembly personnel * Evaluation of performance parameters, troubleshooting and problem elimination on engine hardware as well as on supportive development systems (hydraulic, air pressure) based on technical instructions * Logistical support of the test bench operation, ensuring the availability of all equipment **Qualifications and Skills:** * Completed studies in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or similar qualifications * Comprehensive knowledge of the functioning of aircraft engines and turbo-machinery * IT skills (MS Office) * Commitment (initiative), motivation, willingness to travel and flexibility * Team and communication skills * Ability to deal with conflict and under pressure * Very good written and spoken German and English skills Please submit your application, including proof of qualifications. **Job Category** ---------------- Validation and Verification **Posting Date** ---------------- 07 Aug. 2026; 00:08
