DevOps Technical Lead

Job Description US Citizens (Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a **Secret Security Clearance.)** **Full-time role** We are seeking a **DevOps Technical Lead** to support modernization efforts within a government-focused technology organization. The **DevOps Technical Lead** will lead CI/CD strategy, automation initiatives, and software delivery processes while providing mentorship and technical direction to a team of engineers. **Responsibilities of the DevOps Technical Lead: ** * Lead the design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications. * Implement automation solutions that improve software delivery speed and reliability. * Establish DevOps best practices and deployment standards. * Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline delivery processes. * Mentor engineers and provide leadership on automation and release management initiatives. * Drive continuous improvement efforts across the software development lifecycle. **Qualifications of the DevOps Technical Lead: ** * Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a **Secret Security Clearance.** * 7+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering experience. * Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. * Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and configuration management. * Experience supporting cloud-based environments. * Knowledge of containers and orchestration technologies. * Previous technical leadership experience preferred.
