Devsecops Engineer

deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a DevSecOps Engineer in Huntsville, AL. **Position Description:** Service Desk Agent for phenomenology modeling for Core Truth Services tools that support simulations for Missile Defense Agency (MDA). _Responsibilities Include:_ * Prioritize and respond to service desk tickets * Track, monitor and document interaction on tickets for timely resolution * Work with program managers and directors to gather relevant information for timely resolution of tickets **Education Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or another relevant STEM field required **Experience Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products **Special Skills Desired:** * Prior Help Desk or Service Desk Experience * Analytical problem-solving / troubleshooting skills, escalating as appropriate * Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint online, Outlook, Word and Excel * Experience with trouble ticketing systems such as Atlassian Serivce Desk, Jira and Confluence * Ability to assist non-technical end users with technical problems **Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance**.
