**Sonographer (Vascular and General)**

Whether in the inpatient setting or outpatient clinics, your expertise will directly impact clinical decisions and patient outcomes.
As a **Sonographer**, you will:
* Perform **diagnostic and specialized ultrasound imaging**, including vascular studies, with precision and compassion
* Support radiologists and residents during **complex or advanced studies**
* Act as a **technical resource** in your specialty area for colleagues across the imaging department
* Uphold imaging standards while working independently and collaboratively across care settings
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Graduate of an **accredited ultrasound program**
* Registered with **ARDMS or ARRT (Sonography)** upon hire, or within **12 months of hire**
* RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or VT certification **upon hire** or within **12 months**
* **BCLS certification** required and must be maintained throughout employment
* Strong **leadership skills** and ability to communicate effectively with all members of the care team
* Proven ability to work **independently with minimal supervision**
* Must be able to lift up to **50 lbs** and assist with patient positioning
* Demonstrates understanding of the **human development process** and ability to care for patients across the lifespan
* Computer proficiency, including the ability to input and retrieve patient data
