### About the Role As a Senior Equipment Sustaining Engineer, you will be responsible for sustaining ASM and Quick equipment to ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and operational efficiency within semiconductor assembly manufacturing. You will play a key role in supporting production, resolving equipment issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. ### What You Will Do * Ensure optimum performance and reliability of ASM and Quick equipment. * Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment-related issues. * Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. * Monitor and improve equipment KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR. * Support equipment qualifications, validation, and new product introductions (NPI). * Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to resolve technical issues. * Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime. ### What You Will Need ### Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline. * Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering. ### Must Have * Hands-on experience supporting ASM and/or Quick equipment. * Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. * Experience in equipment sustaining within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D, and CAPA methodologies. * Experience in equipment qualification and validation activities. ### Good to Have * Lean Six Sigma certification. * Experience with MES, Factory Automation, or Industry 4.0 applications. * Knowledge of automation systems and equipment upgrades **Talent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
