Digital Content Operations Coordinator

**The North Face EMEA** is looking for an exceptional **Digital Content Operations Coordinator** to join our Digital Marketplace Team in Stabio, Switzerland. **Let's Talk about the Role** The Digital Content Operations Coordinator supports the end-to-end execution of product content workflows, ensuring PDP assets - images and descriptions are delivered accurately and on time. This role partners closely with ecommerce merchandising, content, and creative teams as well as external agencies / photo shooting studio to maintain data quality, manage operational processes, and support content readiness across digital channels. **How You Will Make A Difference** * Coordinate product sample ordering, tracking and management throughout content production workflows. * Own the coordination and shipment of marketing samples, ensuring products are delivered on time and aligned with campaign, PR, and business requirements. * Maintain and validate product line lists, ensuring accuracy and readiness for content production. * Manage the tracking and delivery of digital assets and product content to internal systems and stakeholders. * Partner with content, creative, ecommerce, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of content assets. * Coordinate product description creation, review, and translation activities. * Identify, investigate, and resolve product, content, and asset discrepancies. * Perform quality checks to ensure content accuracy, completeness, and consistency. * Support process improvements and operational reporting. **Skills for Success** * 2-3 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital content operations, merchandising operations, or a related field. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders. * Strong organizational and project coordination skills. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. **What's in it for you?** We’re in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy and commitment of our people.
