Digital Data & Operations Specialist

Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Digital, Data & Operations Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting digital systems, analytics, and operational processes across **Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro**. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system administration, high-quality reporting, and effective business support. **Key Responsibilities:** Cornerstone / Veeva Systems * Serve as the **primary point of contact** for the Veeva system across Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro. * Provide overall administration and operational support for the Veeva system. * Deliver functional support to users from **Sales, Marketing, and Medical** teams. * Provide training and onboarding for CRM users. * Ensure proper technical functioning of the CRM system. * Advise internal users on the use and interpretation of customer data. * Act as the primary point of contact for the **Territory Management tool**, including training and user support. * Prepare and upload **MCCP (Multichannel Customer Planning)** activities into the system. * Support the release and management of digital materials in the **Veeva PromoMats** system. Analytics & Reporting * Prepare, coordinate, and maintain results tables, scorecards, and dashboards. * Support **IQVIA / PhSales** reporting and analysis. * Coordinate healthcare professional (HCP) data alignment and ensure data quality. * Prepare regular reports for internal and external systems. * Support activity planning and assist the Sales team in implementation and criteria definition. * Support **SIP calculation** and related incentive processes. * Conduct **Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)** performance analyses. * Respond to ad hoc analytics requests and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. **Competencies:** * Analytical thinking * Problem solving * Proactive mindset * Productive communication * Project management * Strategic thinking * Curiosity and innovative mindset **Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:** * **University degree in Engineering, IT, or a similar field** * Minimum **1–3 years of experience** in Project Management, Digital Strategy, Data & Analytics, or a related area * Strong knowledge of **MS Excel** and the **MS Office** suite * Experience in technical system deployment * Experience with **Project / Agile Management** * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage **What We Offer:** * An opportunity to work in a dynamic, data-driven environment * Exposure to digital platforms and cross-functional business processes * Collaboration with internal stakeholders across multiple functions and markets * A role with strong learning and development potential in digital operations and analytics **Why Join Us?** This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital transformation, data quality, and business performance in a regional role.
