**Title:** Digitalization Specialist - Microsoft Power Platform & Python Development **Job Responsibilities:** * Support the development of digitalization and automation solutions under the guidance of senior team members to meet project and organizational objectives. * Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). * Develop simple Python scripts and basic automation tools to improve engineering and project management processes. * Support the creation of data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track project performance and key metrics. * Learn and apply understanding of EPC project lifecycles to identify potential digitalization and automation opportunities. * Assist in analyzing existing business processes and documenting improvement or automation opportunities. * Contribute to workflow automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. * Help maintain and enhance automated reporting solutions for project KPIs, cost tracking, and scheduling. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical upskilling related to digital tools and platforms. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline. * Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required. * Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) through coursework, self-learning, or internships. * Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting concepts. * Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and data-driven problem-solving. * Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a project-based environment. * Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
