Director – Insights & Planning

**_Building the Insights & Planning Function_** * Set up and own the insights & planning function for the English Business from the ground up. * Build proficiency across performance data, consumer data, and financial data for the category. * Identify gaps in existing data and measurement practices, and put in place the frameworks needed to enable growth **_Reporting & MIS_** * Design, build, and maintain the reporting and MIS systems for the business, tracking key KPIs on an ongoing basis. * Use AI tools to drive efficiency in day to day work. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting. **_Consumer & Performance Insights_** * Analyze consumer behavior, content/title-level performance, and consumption patterns to generate actionable insights. * Work closely with category teams to deploy data-backed strategies that improve title and business performance on platform. **_Storytelling & Stakeholder Management_** * Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. * Prepare executive presentations that combine data rigor with strong storytelling. * Partner with category, strategy, and finance teams to ensure insights are embedded into business decision-making.
