Join Uline as a Director of Distribution & Operations and lead from the warehouse floor, staying connected to daily operations while developing high-performing teams and delivering the exceptional service our customers count on. You'll help lead one of Uline's largest distribution operations in North America, spanning over 2.5 million square feet. **Position Responsibilities**  * Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety. * Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments. * Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership. * Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping. * Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data-driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree. * 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people. * Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership. * Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS). * Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. **Benefits** * Complete health insurance coverage and 401(k) with 6% employer match that starts day one! * Multiple bonus programs. * Paid holidays and generous paid time off. * Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education. **Employee Perks** * Best-in-class, clean, modern facilities. * First-class fitness center and three miles of beautifully maintained walking trails. **About Uline** Uline, a family-owned company, is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 9,800 employees across 14 locations.
