We’re looking for **Physical Therapists** who are passionate about delivering **high-quality, patient-centered care** and making a **meaningful difference** every day. **Key Responsibilities** * Plans, manages and evaluates the programs and staff of the rehabilitation department * Responsible for attending facility meetings such as stand-up, Medicare, care planning and others with approval of Director Operations * Responsible for the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, which includes, but not limited to the following items: * Ensure appropriate and adequate staffing at all times * Monitor admissions * Assign new evaluations and screens * Develop treatment schedules * Maintain staff utilization * Case management * Completion of screening * Tracks & documents MDS assessment periods and data * Ensure staff compliance and utilization of all automated therapy management tools * All other required duties as designated by the Director of Operations * Monitors & assists with personnel compliance standards including required credentials, corrective actions and improvement plans * Management of cost and fiscal growth * Assists in recruitment, hiring and retention of therapy staff * New staff training and orientation * Completion of documentation and chart audits * Identifies program development needs of the individual community and implements appropriate programming * Promotes positive employee to employee and employee to facility relations * Sets and implements departmental goals and objectives, guidelines, policies & procedures relative to the functioning of the department * Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor **Qualifications** ================== * Current or eligible Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice * Prior senior living experience * PDPM * Supervisory in healthcare setting * If foreign-trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry-level **What We Offer** * **Competitive compensation ($50 - $55 per hour)** * **Full benefits package** including medical, dental, vision, and **401(k) with employer match** * **Paid onboarding and orientation** * **Yearly CEU allowance** and **licensure reimbursement** * **Clinical mentorship** and **preceptorship program** * **Employee referral bonus program** * **Quick pay options** available through **PayActiv** **Diversity & Inclusion** TransPerfect Health is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
