Director Portfolio & Strategy - Animal & Human Health

**Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute the global segment strategy in the field of Animal & Human Health, driving growth through market insights, portfolio optimization, and targeted commercial initiatives. * Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and future trends to shape strategic offerings, product portfolio development, and innovation priorities. * Manage and optimize the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, ensuring strong market positioning, profitability, and competitive differentiation. * Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and Marketing to align strategies, improve market performance, and support key customer opportunities. * Partner with Product Management and Research & Development Services to prioritize development initiatives * Analyze market, customer, and business data to generate actionable insights, define growth targets, and monitor segment performance through dashboards and reporting. **Requirements** * Master's degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing, business development, portfolio management, or segment management, ideally within Life Science, Animal Health, Human Health, or related industries. * Strong understanding of global markets, market analysis, portfolio management, and business strategy, combined with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset. * Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating market insights into commercial success. * Proficiency in English; additional languages, particularly German, are an advantage. * Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%. **Contact:** Daniel Bolliger, HR Business Partner
