Here, you don’t just stay at the forefront of the industry – you can make a difference too._ **JOB PURPOSE**   * To develop new innovative financing products to gain market share, represent our brand and would distinct us from competitor. * To enhance existing mortgage products, process, policy to remain competitive, relevant and profitable. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **PRODUCT** * Conduct market research to ensure product packages remain competitive. * Develop new and enhance existing Mortgage related products, projects and special packages. * Product owner & liaison with other stakeholders, including Internal (within Affin Bank Group) and External (e.g. Cagamas, SJKP and etc) on product, policy, compliance & governance matters, e.g. RPP, SBR, BNM Responsibility Financing, etc. * Prepare/Review proposal papers to Group Management Credit Committee / Product Group Management Committee for new proposition, enhancement and review of Mortgage Retail Product Program (RPP). * Manage and ensuring Deviation and Exception within approved limit. **PRODUCT RELATED REPORTING** * Market Intel study – market share, monthly industry growth and GIL trend. * Prepare external monthly & quarterly reporting including SJKP, Cagamas related reports. * Internal monthly RPP reporting including Monitoring of Asset Quality of Deviation Approval and Adverse Portfolio Indicator Tracking. * Ensure data accuracy for management reporting. **MARKETING** * Maintain & upkeep the Mortgage Business homepage portal to ensure latest updates. * Assisting Sales Force by providing useful marketing/sales tool kit and handling queries related to product features, credit and policy related. * Guidance to sales and CCM related to RPP matters. **LOS/SIBS** * Approval/Reject of Product deviations (other than pricing) routed in LOS. LOS and SIBS UAT testing verifier – related to Letter of Offer, Product Maintenance, parameterized related and Ad hoc reports.
