Director – Total Rewards

[**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**](https://business.linkedin.com/content/dam/me/business/en-us/talent-solutions/resources/pdfs/job-descriptions-ebook.pdf)**:** * Act as Compensation Business Partner for critical business units, providing strategic guidance on pay decisions, workforce planning, and talent retention. * Drive BU incentive programs and ensure alignment with pay-for-performance philosophy and overall business objectives. * Partner with HR and business leaders on performance management interlock to link rewards to outcomes and performance metrics. * Lead equity program design and execution, including Long-Term Incentives (LTI), stock options, and other retention frameworks. * Develop, implement, and govern C&B policies and programs, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with organizational strategy. * Manage vendors and partners for surveys, benefits administration, and rewards platforms, including C&B automation initiatives. * Ensure regulatory compliance, reporting, and governance, mitigating risk across all reward programs. * Drive employee communication and education initiatives to ensure understanding and engagement with Total Rewards programs.
