**About the role** Join Wesley Mission Queensland as a Disability Support Worker in our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) team. This is hands-on, meaningful work where you support vulnerable people with disability to build independence in their everyday lives. **In this role, you will:** * Led by Registered Nurses * Trained to practice High Intensity Supports (i.e. Dysphasia management, Epilepsy, Tracheostomy). * Provide personal care and daily living support (meals, hygiene, household tasks) * Support individuals to build independence and life skills * Assist with community access and participation * Work collaboratively with a team to deliver active supports and, person-centred care **What your day can look like** No two days are the same.
