**Job Title:                    Dishwasher**    **Department:              Kitchen / Catering**    **Reports to:                 Sous Chef / Executive Chef**  **FLAS Status:             Hourly/ Non-Exempt** **Pay Rate:                   $17.45** **SUMMARY:** Legends Global has an immediate opening for a Dishwasher at the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, WA. This position is responsible for ensuring for the cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas. **MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:** * Pre-rinse all dishes prior to placing in industrial dishwasher. * Use industrial dishwasher to wash all dishes from the kitchen, concession stands and catering events. * Clean all kitchen equipment on a regular basis and as requested by Executive Chef or other team members. * Clean kitchen floors on a regular basis. * Assists chefs with preparation for events. * Place all recycling and trash in appropriate locations. * Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Must be at least 18 years old. * Must hold current and valid food handler's permit. * Ability to stand / walk for prolonged periods of time. * Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service. Holidays worked are paid at time and a half.
