REQ13229 Dispatcher/Reservations, Transportation (Open) **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Dispatchers / Reservations plays an important role in assisting the business units, maintaining and running a smooth operation. Receiving bookings via emails or phone and proceed with reservations and assigning the transfers to the available drivers. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Reports to Supervisor  * Checks and monitors the GPS * Creates Reservations for each transfer request to the Transportation system * Checks in a daily manner Hotel bookings and update Transportation System * Studies daily trip summary and assigns appropriate vehicle and buggy units to successfully serve all transport service requests. * Ensures that manning (vehicle and buggy drivers) and vehicle units and buggy units with complete amenities will be sufficient based on the plotted trips and possible additional/ immediate trip requests. * Assigns driver for each new booking * Monitors and ensures that vehicle and buggy units will be dispatched on time based on the schedule   **KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:** * Fleet Utilization * On-time dispatching * GPS Tracking * Good time management * Attention to the details * Able to Work Under Pressure * Good Organization skills **QUALIFICATIONS:** **Education & Experience** * Minimum 2 work experience as Dispatcher in a Hotel Industry or Vehicle Leasing providers * Primary school graduate **Skills:** * Able to work under pressure * Able to communicate in Greek and English * Pleasant personality * Good knowledge of Microsoft office * Familiar with computers * Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:** * Displays a high commitment to delivering results * Customer Service * Well Groomed and presentable * Able to follow rules and procedures of the Department and Company * Achieves agreed objectives and accepts accountability for results * Displays the highest level of integrity * Ability to maintain discretion * Self-motivated * Approachable
