An opportunity exists for a part-time dispatcher at the Vancouver personal care center. ======================================================================================= We are the largest hub in the Greater Vancouver area with 10+ funeral homes. **THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:** * Commitment to excellence and customer service * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Initiative in the ability to work well in a team environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal * Ability to make sound and concise decisions * Must be task oriented with the ability to work alone * Ability to work well in a fast-paced high-pressure environment * Full commitment to company objectives and policies * Computer skills are a necessity with the ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel * This position has permanent part-time hours and the days will be Saturday, Sunday and Mondays with the requirement to fill-in for vacation and sick time for the other two permanent employees. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** **Education** * High school diploma or equivalent **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** * Knowledge of computers and some software would be an asset * High level of compassion and integrity * Good communication skills **Pay** * The pay rate is $25.91 per hour with increases at 6 months and 1 year.
