Doctoring Service Specialist

Help us remain champions to our customer while being good neighbors and stewards of the earth reducing our impact to the environment As a Doctoring Service Specialist, you will focus on providing service and support for our customers in the doctor blade business, tubing, & other Engineered Doctoring Equipment. Also, responsible to develop credibility and relationships with the Company’s customers and potential customers in North America. An effective communicator with well developed group problem solving and planning facilitation skills will allow the right candidate to be successful in this role. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skill which are supportive of a collaborative working environment. You should have well developed professional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and facilitate training to a team. .   Some of your responsibilities: * Develop relationships and routine communications with sales teams and directly with our customers * Provide inspections of doctor blades and associated accessories * Assist in developing service strategy to maintain existing business * Share and challenge individual agents with strategy and plans to grow the business * Maintain schedule and stay in communication with sales and customers We Offer -------- Valmet employees enjoy a competitive wage and a benefits package that includes a company funded pension plan.
