Dry Cargo General Logistic Officer

**Job Description Summary :** Perform daily activities of dry cargo and containerize shipping chartering. Manage shipments delivery in a timely manner. Maintains relationships with carrier vendors and consistently and escalate and assist (internal &external) customer issues **Job Description :** * Focus in searching and booking vessel space and equipment. * Track cargo movement from loading port until destination port (depend on sales term). * Collect and give input to supervisor in negotiate to get the most competitive OF and other terms/conditions * Communicate with related party to achieve operational excellence and reduce non necessary operational cost. * Monitor all shipment activities are suitable with the terms and conditions of sales contract * Helping buyer to follow up the cargo insurance claim process **Job requirements:** * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in all major * At least 1 year of working experience in Shipping, Cargo * Must be fluent in English * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Good communication skills and attention to detail * Able to work independently as well as in a team * Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**
