Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Safely operate a dump truck to transport aggregate and construction materials to designated locations. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly. * Load, haul, and unload materials efficiently while following all safety and traffic regulations. * Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel. * Support a safe, productive work environment through adherence to company policies and procedures. **What Are We Looking For** * Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a strong commitment to safe driving practices. * Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete inspections and documentation accurately. * Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced operational setting. * Dependable, safety-focused individual who can adapt to changing priorities and work demands. **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. * Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment. **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** * $47.65 to $47.65 per hour. * Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension. * Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
