We’re looking for a Duty Manager who can bring energy, confidence and strong operational skills to the team while helping us continue to deliver the experience our locals know and love. ### What You’ll Be Doing * Running shifts across **bar, bistro, gaming and functions** * Leading, motivating and supporting the team during service * Creating consistently great guest experiences * Managing guest feedback professionally and confidently * Keeping **RSA, RSG, licensing, gaming and WHS compliance** front of mind * Jumping in wherever needed to keep the venue running smoothly * Taking the lead when the Venue Manager is away ### What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a **Duty Manager, Supervisor or hospitality leader** * Current **RSA and RSG** * **RMLV** or willingness/ability to obtain if required * Experience working within a busy, multi-faceted hospitality venue * Strong understanding of **liquor licensing, gaming compliance and WHS** * A confident, hands-on leadership style * Someone who stays calm, organised and solutions-focused when things get busy * Availability to work **nights, weekends and public holidays** as part of a rotating roster * Most importantly, a genuine passion for **hospitality, people and great service** ### Why Join Us?
