Total Number of Openings 1 Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of **E&I Technician** located on **Jurong Island,** **Singapore** through **28 August 2026** at 11:59 p.m. (SGT). **All interested applicants, please read the** [**Data Privacy Notice**](https://www.chevron.com/privacy) **before submitting application.** **Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:** * Carry out preventive maintenance of electrical equipment (Motor, Variable Speed Drive, Switchgear etc.) and process instruments (Transmitters, Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Analyzers, Weighing System, Tank Gauging System etc.) in accordance to maintenance procedure and schedule * Troubleshoot, repair, install, calibrate and commission electrical and instrumentation equipment * Understand and be proficient working with electrical & instrumentation equipment, analyser sample systems and perform all preventive and predictive maintenance on these systems * Develop and review job safety risk analysis and maintenance procedures * Document and maintain all field observations and activities * Be prepared to perform call out duty or perform 12 hours day shift when required **Required Qualifications:** * Diploma / Higher Nitec/ Nitec in Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or its equivalent * 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in the refinery, petrochemical, chemicals additive industry or pharmaceutical industry * Possess hands-on experience in handling hi-tech electrical and process instrument. Those with knowledge on PLC, instrument analyzers and analyser sampling system (e.g. Ametek, Rosemount, Mettler Toledo, Siemens) will be advantageous. * Good understanding of safe work practices * Good analytical & trouble-shooting skills * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Able to work independently and with teams **Relocation Options:** Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters. **International Considerations:** Selected candidate will work in Singapore under the local payroll system and benefits. **Relocation Options:** Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters. **International Considerations:** Selected candidate will be based in Singapore under the local payroll system and benefits.
