Earn Operations & User Growth

### Responsibilities * Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications to drive user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for Earn products. * Explore and develop collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand product offerings and ecosystem reach. * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams, to ensure smooth product operations and effective campaign execution. * Monitor daily Earn product performance and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. * Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to achieve assigned business KPIs and growth targets. * Track, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives through data analysis, user insights, and feedback. * Support the team in managing VIP and institutional clients, and help onboard more clients to Earn products. * Develop a strong understanding of Simple Earn mechanisms, especially in the Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products. * Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Earn, DeFi products. ### Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. * Relevant experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in crypto, fintech, Tradfi, or internet platforms. * Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi products, DeFi ecosystems, and Lending/Borrowing mechanisms. * Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive decisions and optimize performance. * Strong sense of responsibility, KPI and result oriented. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and with external token project partners. * Experience working with VIP or institutional clients is a plus. * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
