With a strong track record of student success and a growing market presence, they are seeking a results-oriented Education Sales Consultant to drive enrolment growth and strengthen their brand reputation. **About the Job** This role is focused on converting qualified leads into enrolments through a professional, consultative sales approach. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from initial consultation to final sign-up—while ensuring a positive and informative experience for prospective students and their families. This is a performance-driven position with a clear career pathway and a transparent, uncapped earning structure. ### Key Responsibilities * Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to assess student needs and recommend suitable programmes. * Achieve monthly enrolment targets and maintain a high conversion rate. * Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using the company's CRM system. * Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment on programme offerings and messaging. * Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management. ### Key Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of sales or client advisory experience, preferably in the education, language training, or professional services sectors. * **Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. * **Attributes:** Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
