You’ll partner with leaders and teams to drive safety excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver meaningful environmental impact in a dynamic, field-based environment**. **What you’ll be doing** * Lead and continuously improve EHS programs across multiple sites for Controls * Ensure compliance with local legislation and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) * Identify risks, conduct assessments, and implement preventive measures * Drive incident investigations and identify root causes * Function as a trusted advisor to leadership and operational teams * Develop and deliver training and awareness programs * Lead audits, inspections, and interactions with authorities * Promote a strong safety-first and sustainability mindset * Monitor KPIs and present insights to senior stakeholders * Main contact person for Workers Council **What we look for** **Required Education and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical discipline.
