Pay Range: $86,850.00 – $115,796.66

**What You'll Be Doing**
* Design, maintain, and improve plant electrical systems and components.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
* Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractors to support safe and efficient plant performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner to reduce downtime.
* Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff.
**What Are We Looking For**
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated capability.
* Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, power distribution, instrumentation, switchgear, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
* Experience using engineering and project management tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is preferred.
* Ability to analyze technical issues, establish priorities, and deliver practical solutions in an industrial environment.
* Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions.
* Commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and operational reliability.
**Work Environment**
* Work is performed in both office and heavy manufacturing environments, including exposure to electrical equipment, motor control centers (MCCs), power distribution systems, and varying outdoor weather conditions.
* Regular exposure to production areas may include moving equipment, elevated work areas, dust, noise, heat, cold, and other outdoor weather conditions.
* Personal protective equipment must be worn as required.
* The role may require climbing stairs and ladders, walking over uneven surfaces, and responding to occasional operational needs outside standard business hours.
* Travel to other company locations, project sites, or vendor facilities may be required.
