Technical duties技术职责 * Sales support: responsible for individual project control system proposal according to the client’s RFQ 销售支持：根据客户的RFQ负责单个项目控制系统提案 * Projects execution: responsible for PLC programming, Scada programming, application software test and commissioning, prepare the necessary project documentation and relevant manuals 项目执行：负责PLC编程、SCADA编程、应用软件测试与调试，准备必要的项目文档及相关手册 * Projects execution: responsible for MCC/Control panel wiring diagram drawing, panel FAT and commissioning, prepare the necessary project documentation and relevant manuals 项目执行：负责MCC/控制盘柜接线图绘制、盘柜FAT和调试，准备必要的项目文档和相关手册 * Supervise/guide sub-contractor accomplishing installation work for all electrical and controls equipment, such as panels, instrument, cabling, termination etc. 监督/指导分包商完成所有电气和控制设备的安装工作，如电柜、仪表、电缆敷设、接线等 * Responsible for all E&ICA related installation activities’ quality control and acceptance 负责所有与E&ICA相关的安装活动的质量控制和验收 * After sales: assist Service Engineer for trouble shooting in case of PLC or Scada/Electrical system goes abnormal 售后：协助服务工程师在PLC或Scada/电气系统异常时进行故障排除 ### Management duties管理职责 For each project, the software/hardware associate Engineer will be assigned to a dedicated design team under the leadership of or a Lead Engineer. Main responsibilities will comprise the following: 每个项目中，软硬件助理工程师将被分配到由主设工程师领导的专责设计团队。主要职责包括以下内容: * Support process Lead engineer for instrumentation part 配合支持工艺主设工程师涉及仪表部分工作 * Support process Lead engineer for control system basic engineering (electrical & instrument list etc.) 配合支持工艺主设工程师涉及控制系统初步设计工作（电气及仪表清单等） * Prepare detailed MCC and control panel wiring diagram 准备MCC/PLC控制柜接线图 * Test the control system network, Panel FAT before delivery to project site 测试控制系统网络，盘柜出厂验收FAT * Prepare detailed Scada specifications, I/O list, PLC program structure, PLC programming, Scada programming 准备详细的Scada规范、I/O清单、PLC程序结构、PLC编程、Scada编程 * Test the control system network, PLC/Scada FAT before delivery to project site 在交付到项目现场前，测试控制系统网络、PLC/Scada FAT * Site start-Up and commissioning 现场启动及调试 * Prepare electrical as-built document, customer training, etc. 电控竣工图纸，客户培训等 * Prepare program as-built backup, customer training, etc. 程序软件竣工版及客户培训 **External relations** **对外联系** * Deal with client or general contractor, to handle the technical clarification, prepare and adjust proposal accordingly 对接客户或总包，完成技术澄清，根据要求修改技术方案 * Deal with partner or supplier, supervise and guide the technical issue 对接合作伙伴或供应商，技术沟通与协调 **Safety and working conditions** **安全及工作** * Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations 确保符合相关标准及规范 * Ensuring the application of safety rules 确保符合相关的安全条例 **Quality** **质量** * Guaranteeing compliance with QAS (quality assurance) procedures 确保遵守质量保证（QAS）规程
