Electrical & Ica Lead

**Job Description Summary:**  Manage and coordinate to ensure the implementation of maintenance and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment to support the smooth running of the production process. **Job Description:** * Coordinate and monitor the implementation of electrical maintenance in accordance to the target time and results. * Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing electrical equipment is on schedule. * Maintain all work equipment and environment hygiene. * Coordinate the implementation of projects related to the scope of work. * Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and ensure corrective action is carried out when deviations occur. * Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies. * Ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP. * Implementing quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, etc.) * Conduct improvements by modifying electrical equipment/machinery. * Lead, develop and ensure the disciple of employees in the electrical section. * Review, evaluate and submit monthly report. * Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from officers / foreman. **Job Requirements:** * Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or any related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in palm oil manufacturing or related production environment. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning. * Familiar with SAP and maintenance management systems. * Knowledge of electrical safety standards, quality management system and relevant certifications (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D\_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP) is an advantage. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills. **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person."**
