Electrical Maintenance Engineer

**Summary** Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7 certification issued by EMA. Experience in fault troubleshooting, electrical installations, and critical building services. **Job Description** * Troubleshoot and rectify electrical failures to minimise disruptions to building operations. * Monitor electrical installations, switchboards, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and lighting systems. * Ensure electrical systems operate safely and efficiently. * Support after-office-hours emergency response when required. * Provide first-line response to electrical emergencies and power-related incidents. * Maintain maintenance records, fault reports, and inspection checklists * Manage and supervise contractors performing electrical works. * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved procedures, risk assessments, and permit-to-work requirements. **Requirements:** * NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience. * Experience in fault troubleshooting, electrical installations, and critical building services. * Experience in facilities management environment will be an advantage. * Valid **Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7** certification issued by EMA. * Experience in facilities management or integrated facilities management (IFM) environments. * Experience managing electrical contractors and service providers. * Required to work on rotating shifts to support operational requirements, no overnight shift is required unless ad-hoc requested by Clients.
