Electrical Technician

* **Key Activities:** * To tackle all electrical breakdowns on his shift. * To liaise with outgoing/incoming shift technicians the state of plants. * To ensure maximum utilization of electricians. * Ensure cleanliness and safety at work. * Liaise with day shift electrical technicians and electrical engineer. * Carry out other assignments that may arise from time to time. * The provision of on the job training for all subordinate staff. * The control and discipline of subordinate staff. * To inform the subordinates of their job responsibilities and systematically appraise the levels of their performance on their jobs. * To communicate effectively with other supervisors on matters of organisational interest. * Advising immediate boss on up-to-date developments in one’s areas of responsibilities. **Dare** to be bold, **Discover** what’s possible, and **Do** the incredible.
